Hello! I'm the other Melissa! I'm from Rochester, MI. I started off working for an interior design firm, but have found that I am just as much interested in fashion as I am in design. I love to dance and wander, and I am definitely a Right Brained kind of girl.
What are you reading this summer?
One of my favorite reads of all time is Magic Hour by Kristin Hannah, however, don't be surprised if you catch me wandering in the children's book section at Barnes and Nobles- I especially love Oh the Places You'll Go by Dr. Seuss!
Where is your favorite place to eat in Detroit? I can't say that I have one favorite restaurant. Being from Rochester, I love Dessert Oasis Coffee Roasters and it's my go-to for coffee. The eccentric Mad Hatter Bistro in Birmingham, Wright & Co. and Hudson Cafe is high on my Detroit list. I just recently ate at Gold Cash Gold for the first time, and thought it was wonderful! I will also never turn down good sushi!
