The Los Angeles based activewear brand for the plus size gal, strives to empower women to live a healthy lifestyle at any size! We were able to interview owners Stacey and Jodi, read their interview below:{SS} What inspired you to open your E-Commerce Website, Lola Getts Active? {Stacey} I noticed the void in the market for plus size woman who wants to live a healthy active lifestyle. We felt the 67% of American women who wear size 14 deserved to have fashionable activewear that was made exclusively for them. {Jodi} Having been a part of the garment business for 25+ years and working with others to grow their business, I wanted to always be a part of an organization that I saw hatch and grow. Meeting my partner Stacey enable me to take this leap and explore entrepreneurship.
{SS} Favorite part of your job?{Stacey} I love speaking with our customers and hearing how a pair of yoga pants made a difference in their lives. {Jodi} Doing something different each day and challenging myself as a business owner. It takes alot of time, patience and perseverance.
{Stacey} The beauty of activewear is that it's not seasonal. So right now I am loving our broken glass collection and our skort.{Jodi} All the pieces are great, it's amazing to see what we think we'll be a huge success and then what the customer really loves or tells us to develop. We like to take inspiration from our Lola Gals. 
{SS} A few items in your own "Styleshack" (aka) closet that you can't live without? 
Gold Sandels from Closet NV, White Dress from Guys N Gals, Ultra Skinny Paige Denim from Bivouac.{Stacey} I'm loving my white summer dresses, gold prada sandals and color equipment blouses. My staple items include; Black cashmere cardigans even in the Southern California summers, skinny denim jeans, great blouses and black loafers, or heels. 
Bootcut Citizens of Humanity Jeans from Bivouac.(Jodi) Since I commute back and forth from AZ to our LA office – my go to is always jeans or black capri's and a comfortable tee and wrap jacket, easy "airport" shoes and large bag. My uniform for going out is the usual fun jean with great shirt and accessories- although I would love to have a personal stylist rip thru my closet and wardrobe me.{SS} Who or What inspires your personal style? Favorite Style Icon?{Stacey} Comfort definitely plays a big part in what I wear. In regards to my personal style icon, My grandmother, Jean. {Jodi} I love great basics, although I would love to wear more vintage looks, I just don't think I have the right. My granny too – she's 97 – Etta Fisher{SS} Favorite local restaurant?
{Jodi} Stone and Vine in Scottsdale, for quick bite and meeting friends.{SS} Favorite Fashion Social Media App, or Social Media Site? {Stacey} The Zoe Report {Jodi} Facebook- I'm still loving this and reconnecting with people from my past.
{SS} Favorite Blog(s)?{Jodi} I'm still a newspaper reader and love editorials. I always say I should write my own blog. Maybe I'll add to the bucket list.
{SS} What is your Style Archetype?{Stacey} Sporty Chic {Jodi} We are both Sporty Chic – Stacey can I borrow that hot pair of shoe's you just got?? LOL!!
