Styleshack welcomes one of our newest boutiques Sofi Stella, located in Monroe, MI. We had the opportunity to interview Josephine, owner and buyer of Sofi Stella. She shares with us her insight to trends for both women and children as well as some personal favorites of hers.
{SS} What inspired you to open the store?
{SS} Favorite part of your job?
{Josephine}:The best part of my job is seeing how happy people are when they are in something from Sofi Stella!!! We get so many tags in peoples photos on line, and that brightens my day!!! I love seeing the collections come to life on people!! I also love hosting events!! Sofi Stella puts on several events each year, which brings fun times to lots of local people.
{SS} Any new items in the store that you are loving for SUMMER?
{Josephine}: I personally am loving the jumpsuits, they are comfortable and fashionable, and Sofi Stella has had a nice selection of transitional jumpsuits this season that can bring you into the fall too!
{SS} Currently, do you have a favorite style or trend you are wearing?
{Josephine}: Im loving all the prints this summer!!! On shorts, tops, dresses all the fun prints are so trendy!! For summer I am also really loving the classic nautical trend. Navy, stripes, and anchors are strong this season, its a timeless classic and trends in both children and women's fashion!
{SS} A few items in your own "Styleshack" (aka) closet that you can't live without?
{Josephine}: I cant live without my black jumpsuits, and a my great denim bolero!
{SS} Who or What inspires your personal style? Favorite Style Icon?
{Josephine}: My personal style is a bit preppy and a bit classic, I love Jennifer Aniston's style and Also when it comes to formal wear Giuliana Rancic.
{SS} What is your Style Archetype?
{Josephine}: Im a cross between Sporty Chic and Glam Madame
{SS} Words to live by?
{Josephine}: "Be thankful in all things"
