This Saturday, July 26th, Birmingham, MI hosts its largest sale event of the year. Day on the Town festivities will run from 9 am to 7 pm in Downtown Birmingham. All Birmingham retailers are taking part in this 10-hour sale with all Downtown streets closing to traffic, allowing for sidewalk sales to take over. Select stores will continue their sidewalk sales into Sunday.Along with all of the exciting shopping and sales events, there are things for the kids and the men to do to keep entertained. The Kids 8th Annual Bike Parade will take place at 8:30 am on Saturday, starting at City Hall. There will be Live Entertainment stages set up around town with musical performances, and the North Oaks Corvette Club will host a "Corvette Generations" car show featuring over 100 corvettes. This is a juried car show with prizes, 50/50 raffle and more. There will be Children's activities taking place throughout Saturday as well.
