{SS} What inspired you to start your Blog?{Amity & Mioara} We’re both social media and fashion junkies, so it only made sense for us to start a lifestyle blog together. In fact, we met on Twitter and a few RTs, mentions, and replies later, we were sipping on lattes, laughing about our unique names, and obsessing over fall ’13 color palettes. It was obvious that we needed to collaborate on a project and hence “Cream & Sugar, Please” was born to share all things women discuss over coffee – fashion, beauty, food, inspiration, travel & more.{SS} In regards to your personal style, do you have a signature accessory? (i.e. hat, bracelet, one of your pieces you always wear)?{Amity} Besides my wedding rings, I always wear two gold bangles that my mom gave me the day I got married. They’re identical to the two gold bangles she wears daily so its something special we share and they are a constant reminder of her love.{Mioara} Mine would have to be my midi rings. I have a set of silver and a set of gold that I alternate between.
{SS} A few items in your "styleshack" A.K.A closet that you can't live without?
{Amity} I have a bit of shoe addiction…it’s not just one pair I can’t live without, it’s more like I enjoy having options!
{Mioara} I love my summer dresses. They’re so easy to throw on and walk out of the house feeling fabulous with the least amount of work. In the winter it’s my oversized sweaters. Nothing like a cozy sweater when it’s cuddle weather!{SS} Who inspires your style? Favorite Style Icon?{Amity} I have a ton of style icons that I pull from depending on my mood, the season, or the look I’m going for – but some of my recent favorites are Aimee Song, Allison Williams, Taylor Sterling, and Lauren Conrad.{Mioara} Victoria Beckham and Michael Kors. I love how Victoria knows that fine balance between being sexy and leaving plenty to the imagination. And Michael Kors is just perfection. Everything he creates whether it’s casual or elegant is always form flattering and comfortable.

{SS} Favorite "local" boutique(s)?{Amity & Mioara} We just discovered Rococo in Birmingham and really love their style! We also shop Sparrow which is from the west side of Michigan.{SS} Favorite fashion social media app or social media site?{Amity & Mioara} We’ve just started using Mavatar and are really loving how easy the app makes it to shop the best deals! It’s also a very fun and social platform to create collections and share with friends.
